SUP Intermediate Course – Bronze

Activity Description
Designed for students who have completed the beginner SUP course. This course is led by experienced instructors who teach open water paddling techniques, helping students handle unstable water conditions and learn advanced skills such as agile pivot turns.

Prerequisites
✓ Hold a SUP Beginner Certificate
✓ Able to swim 50 meters independently
Assessment Requirements
Complete 2km paddling in open water (within 45 minutes)

Course Requirements
✓ Minimum 2 participants to start
✓ May be combined with other groups if insufficient numbers

✓ Instructor ratio: Maximum 1 instructor to 8 students
What to Bring
Essential Items: Water activity shoes (covering heels and toes), swimwear, short-sleeved shirt/sun protection clothing, hat, sunscreen, waterproof bag, change of clothes, at least 750ml drinking water, light snacks
Recommended Items: Floating strap sunglasses, mosquito repellent
Note: Please change into appropriate clothing in advance and store personal belongings properly to ensure the course starts on time
