退換貨政策 Returns & Exchanges
本政策適用於 Kayarine 品牌商店的實體商品，包括防曬衣、帽及沙灘巾。活動與租借的取消和退款安排，請參閱預訂政策。
先睇重點
- 14 日內申請：由收到商品當日起計，請在 14 日內聯絡我們提出退貨或換碼申請。
- 同款換碼一次：視乎尺碼庫存，每件可換碼一次，不收處理費；來回運費由客人負擔。
- 退貨不收手續費：符合條件的商品可退貨；若非寄錯或商品問題，退回運費由客人負擔。
商品狀態
退回商品須保持全新、未下水、未洗滌、無損壞或氣味，標籤及原有包裝完整。請保留收到商品時的配件及贈品，一併退回。收到後我們會檢查商品狀態，再確認換貨或退款。
點樣申請
- 收貨後 14 日內電郵 [email protected]，提供訂單編號、商品名稱、尺碼，以及想退貨或換碼。若收到錯誤或有問題的商品，請附上照片。
- 等候客服確認及提供寄回方式。請勿在未收到指示前自行寄件。
- 按指示使用可追蹤的寄件服務，並保留寄件憑證。一般退貨的寄回風險及運費由客人負擔；同款換碼的來回運費亦由客人負擔。
換碼與退款
換碼只限同一款商品，每件最多一次，並視乎所需尺碼的庫存。若缺貨，可按退貨條件申請退款。已使用的優惠或會員積分會按原訂單實付金額調整；客服會在處理前確認退款金額。
商品經檢查符合條件後，可按原付款方式（如付款渠道支援）或以購物金退款。FPS 訂單的可行退款安排會由客服與你確認，不設現金交收。實際到帳時間視乎付款渠道。
收到錯貨或商品有問題
請盡快聯絡我們並附照片，以便核對及安排處理。這類情況會與一般改變主意的退貨分開處理；上述條件不影響你依法享有的權利。

For Kayarine brand-shop physical goods, email [email protected] within 14 days after delivery with your order number, item and size. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with tags and original packaging.
One exchange for another size of the same item is available subject to stock, with no handling fee. For a change of mind, customers pay return postage; for a size exchange, customers pay postage both ways. Please wait for return instructions and use a tracked service.
After inspection, refunds can be made to the original payment method where supported or as store credit. We will confirm available arrangements for FPS orders. If an item is wrong or faulty, contact us promptly with photos; these cases are handled separately. This policy does not affect statutory rights.
