Exchange Policy
- Pricing & Offers: Exchanges are processed at the original order price, member points, and promotions.
- Exchange Limit: Each item may only be exchanged once.
- Exchange Conditions:
- Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- Same item only, no handling fee; shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Item Condition:
- Must be brand new, undamaged, unwashed, with intact tags, original packaging, and free of odours (e.g. perfume, smoke, body odour, detergent).
- Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer's expense and risk.
- Ineligible Items:
- Items that are not new, damaged, worn, washed, have missing/damaged tags, incomplete packaging, or carry odours will not be accepted for exchange.
- Such items will be returned via SF Express cash-on-delivery without prior notice; costs and risks are borne by the customer.
- Exchangeable Accessories: Scarves, shoes, bags, hats. Not exchangeable: hair accessories, jewellery, belts, gloves.
- Shipping Method:
- Hongkong Post ordinary mail, registered mail, or untracked shipping methods are not accepted.
- Failed registered mail deliveries require self-collection; pick-up cannot be arranged, and items returned after the deadline are at the customer's expense and risk.
- Shipping Costs & Risk: Customers bear all exchange shipping costs and the risk of loss.
- Application Deadline:
- Items must be shipped and the online exchange form submitted within 14 days of delivery (as per delivery records). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Incomplete Applications:
- Incomplete forms, missing accessories, or items not meeting conditions will not be processed.
- Items will be returned via SF Express cash-on-delivery without prior notice; costs and risks are borne by the customer.
- Cash-on-Delivery Fees: Outstanding shipping fees must be settled before the exchange is processed.
- Out of Stock: If the exchange item is sold out, the request will automatically be treated as a return.
