Journey Timeline
Meet & Check-in
Meet at the Sai Kung waterfront, collect your SUP and life jacket, get your kit sorted with our onshore safety briefing.
Paddle Out
Once everyone's ready, our Kayarine instructor leads a short ~5-minute paddle to the activity spot.
Singing Bowl Sound Healing
Lie on your SUP while Tiffany leads a 45-minute singing bowl session — let the waves and frequencies do the work.
Return & Share
Paddle back to the Sai Kung waterfront, share how you feel, and pack up.

Activity Details
What to Prepare
- ✓Wear water-appropriate clothing (swimwear / quick-dry clothes)
- ✓Bring a towel, dry bag, and drinking water
- ✓Please arrive 15 minutes early to change and store belongings
- ✓In case of bad weather, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded
Notes
- •Group of 2 / Tiffany's students: HK$450 per person (auto-applied at checkout)
- •Total experience approx. 1 hour (5:50 PM check-in, 6:45 PM finish); sound healing portion is 45 minutes
- •One-off event (13 June 2026) — no rescheduling available
