Or choose FPS or PayMe payment, requiring manual order confirmation. Follow the payment page or email instructions to complete payment. Once confirmed, equipment is reserved. If no confirmation email is received but the order isn’t canceled, we’ll still reserve your equipment.

Before arrival, change clothes at nearby Sai Kung Sports Ground or Squash Court. Public parking is available near the operating site, but it may be crowded on holidays.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, provide your email address and order details, and we’ll investigate. Even without the confirmation email, your equipment is reserved unless you receive a cancellation email.

We offer 3 unrestricted rescheduling services (same-day weather issues excluded). After that, without special reasons, a $10 HKD rescheduling fee will apply.
