團員可以吃點小食補充體力 也可散步一下 和Kayarine一起探索這個天然形成的連島沙洲
景點介紹
白沙洲（Pak Sha Chau）位於西貢橋嘴洲之西北面，為一個直徑約200米的小島，距西貢僅1.5公里。與另一個名為「小鏟洲」的小島以沙相連，露出一條「白雪之路」
教練會在白沙洲與橋咀一帶指導學員，在划行中修正學員技術動作
個人及群組岸邊拍照時間［2:30-3:00PM]
首先會分不同群組拍照 先後次序可以搓包剪揼決定 所有群組照完成後 會安排個人/情侶拍照 拍照時間大約會平均給每個群組及個人。
回程板上拍照時間
因為海浪和水流關係，板上拍照操作比較複雜，攝影師會盡量以航拍機捕捉團友的划行照，在海上看到航拍機對著自己時，可以先到
